FOR ELECTION OF ALTERNATES

Introduction
For those corporations who do not have an alternate Governing Board member elected the following procedures will be utilized.
Policy
- Physician who received the third most ballots in the election would serve as the alternate.
- If there is no physician who received election ballots another alternate election will have to be held.
