Summary of Purpose:

The Governing Board is responsible for the management of the Article XVI Plan of Clinical Practice Income. The day-to-day management of the plan shall rest in the governing board of the plan, with the authority to review accounts, transmit reports to the chief administrative officer and establish supplementary guidelines for expending clinical practice income. The members of the governing board shall be accountable to the University to implement and carry out its responsibilities set forth in section 4 of this Article.
