Father's Forever

This component of the BRIDGE program provides assistance to custodial/non-custodial fathers who are in need of case management and supportive services.

Services Offered are:

• Case Management
  
• Court Advocacy-Family Court-child support assistance-court petitions
  
• Job Readiness, career development and employment search
  
• Transportation assistance
  
• Ex-offender assistance

• You are eligible for the program if you are a custodial or non-custodial parent of a minor child under the age of 18
• Meet income eligibility (call for information)
