The GOLD Program

In partnership with Erie County Department of Social Services, The Educational Opportunity Center's (EOC) BRIDGE Program offers The GOLD Program. It is a full-time program, up to 35 hours per week, for TANF recipients. GED classes and work experience are available Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Evening classes may be arranged under special circumstances.

A Department of Social Services Case Make-up Sheet must be provided prior to a candidate attending an Enrollment/Orientation Session. It may be faxed to his attention at 716.849-6738.

Next Step to Gold-Link
The Next Step to GOLD is a continuation of the GOLD program specifically for students who have successfully passed the GED examination.  This program provides individualized career planning and goal setting.
