MISSION AND OBJECTIVES:
The purpose of the International Business Association (IBA) at UB is to promote awareness and understanding of the international business environment, sponsor activities which involve students in international business to provide a link between the international business community and the UB School of Management for a cross-cultural global vision.
The International Business Association was established for students interested in pursuing a career in international management. The club sponsors speakers and social events to provide insight into both the practical issues of operating a global business and the many cultural differences that exist between countries.
The International Business Association has focused on the following objectives:
1) Enhancing student participation levels in the program in general and student clubs in particular.
2) Promoting an understanding of diversity in terms of cultural and business aspects via the activities of the IBA.
3) Arrange networking opportunities with people from the business world via special IBA events.
