Article 89

Reinstatement will be granted if all the following requisites are met:

a. Six Years after extinguishment of the principal sentence; or twelve years for a professional or rrpeat offender.

If following the penalty, a security measure of commitment is imposed on the convict, the time will be measured from the termination of such security measure;

b. Satisfactory conduct of the convict during the time expressed above;

c. Redress of damages caused by the crime or, if restitution is in progress, the convict solemnly swears to continue such redress according to his capabilities.
