a. The convict has served half the sentence if he is a first offender, and two thirds if he is a repeat offender.
b. The convict has displayed good conduct, evidenced by affirmative acts while serving his sentence and is capable of engaging in a lawful occupation or trade.
c. The convict has redressed the damage caused by his crime, or seriously promises to do so, according to his means; and
d. Studies of the convict's personality and other relevant considerations
warrant the conclusion that he will not commit further crimes.
