The beneficiary of a suspended sentence will be duty bound to:
a. Comply with the security measures established for him;
b. Reside, or abstain from residing, in a certain area and to report any change of domicile.
c. Start working, within a specified time, in a lawful profession, occupation or trade;
d. Refrain from using narcotics, hallucinatory substances, or others of an addictive nature.
e. Refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages.
f. Comply with the agreement to pay damages within the established time and formalities.
Compliance with these conditions will be verified by specialized
entities not affiliated with the police.
