The court will fix the sentence within the limits provided for each crime, taking into account the following circumstances unless the law specifically considers such circumstances as elements of the crime or modifiers of liability:
1. Objective and subjective aspects of the criminal act.
2. The extent of the harm or danger caused.
3. The manner, time and place of the act.
4. The predominant motivations of the perpetrator.
5. Other personal factors of the perpetrator or of the victim, in the measure that they influenced the commission of the crime.
6. The conduct observed by the perpetrator after the crime took
place.
