Article 66

Whenever concurring crimes are punished with penalties of the same nature, the minimum will correspond to the highest penalty provided for any of the crimes involved, and the maximum will be two thirds of the cumulative maximum established for all the crimes.

Whenever both imprisonment and a fine are provided, both will be imposed, unless the court decides--due to exceptional circumstances-to apply only the imprisonment.

When the penalty of disqualification is applicable, it will always be imposed.
