If the crime was committed through abuse of parental authority,
or rights of tutelage or guardianship, the court shall impose
the disqualification established in Article 49, paragraph 4 as
a supplementary penalty. The minimum term will be as long as
the principal penalty and it can be extended for 5 more years.
