If the crime was committed under color of law or breach of an
official duty, the court shall impose as supplementary penalties
the disqualifications mentioned in Article 49, paragraphs 1, 2
and 3, except when statutorily prescribed as principal penalties.
The minimum term will be as long as the principal penalty and
it can be extended for 5 more years.
