Reinstatement will be revoked ipso jure if the person in question commits a new intentional crime.
The court that granted reinstatement may revoke it if the person in question recklessly or negligently commits a crime of the same nature as that involved in the earlier reinstatement.
In no case will revocation affect compliance with pending supplementary
penalties.
