Reinstatement will restore to the convict full enjoyment of the rights that were withdrawn or restricted by the judgment of conviction.
However, the court may establish, in a reasoned decision, that
not all rights withdrawn from the convict will be reinstated.
Reinstatement may also be subordinated to a specific aptitude
test.
