Article 84

Parole will be automatically revoked if the parolee commits a new intentional crime.

Parole can be revoked by judicial decree of the court that granted it, in the following cases:

a. When the beneficiary does not comply with one or more of the conditions imposed; or

b. If the beneficiary commits a crime of negligence or recklessness and he was paroled for a crime of the same nature.
