Article 78

When a suspended sentence is revoked, the original sentence must be served.

When a new intentional, reckless or negligent crime is committed during the trial period, no definite decision will be made regarding the suspended sentence until the judgment for the new crime becomes final.

If a judgment of conviction is pronounced, the suspended sentence will be reinstated and both sentences will be served.
