Disqualification, as a supplementary penalty to imprisonment, is subject to the following rules:
a. If imprisonment was for ten years or more, the court may also impose a supplementary disqualification for a period of 5 to 15 years.
b. If imprisonment was for less than 10 years but for more than
2, the court may also impose a supplementary disqualification
for a period of 2 to 10 years.
