Foreign criminal judgments involving crimes described in Articles
1 and 2 do not constitute res judicata under State law.
However, the sentence or part thereof, served under such judgments,
will be subtracted from the sentence imposed according to State
law, provided both are of a similar nature. When they are not,
the penalty shall be equitably reduced.
