The only punishments that can be imposed for a crime are the following:
Principal punishments: Imprisonment and fine.
Supplementary punishments: Total or partial disqualification.
However, disqualification can be imposed as a principal punishment in the cases established in Book Two. In such instances the period of disqualification will not exceed fifteen years.
