A few programs permit Conditional Admission based on a slightly lower TOEFL score. Many programs do not have conditional admission. If you are accepted with Conditional Admission, you will be required to complete a summer Intensive English Program (either six weeks or twelve weeks in length) and pay an additional tuition and living cost for that program. Contact your department to find out if Conditional Admission is offered.
