Service Request Forms
The forms below allow Web Developers to request services for their web sites. A valid UBIT name and password is required to access these pages.
- New Web Site - Request a space for a new website on the Wings server.
- Virtual Host - Request a virtual host name for your current web site.
- Disk Quota Increase - Request more space for your current web site.
- Transfer Ownership - Transfer ownership of your web site to another person.
- Group Access - Manage group priviledges for your web site.
- Usage statistics - Obtain informative statistics for your web site
- Oracle - Request the creation of an oracle account for your website
- Web App Testing - Have CIT staff test your web application prior to launch
- Search Engine Requests - Use this form if you wish to add / remove a website to the google search index.
- SSL Certificates - Use this form to request a SSL certificate for your existing virtual host.
- File Recovery - This form is used to request file restoration from backups.
- Special Requests - Use this form to contact CIT ONLY if one of the above forms does not meet your needs.
- General Requests - Use this form to contact CIT for a non administrative question or comment. No username/password needed.
