Welcome to the 2004 SEFA website!

Congratulations! The 2004 SEFA campaign has not only reached, but exceeded its campus goal, with total contributions on November 16 nearing $845,000 and counting! Thanks to the generosity of UB's employees, we are once again a charitable leader in the Western New York community. Each and every year, UB provides much needed assistance to over 650 community organizations, health and human service agencies, and other valuable programs supported by SEFA. As our campaign theme says, "Change Starts with Your Heart." Thank you for being such generous agents for change through your support of this year's SEFA campaign! UB is truly blessed with a tradition of giving and committed volunteers that make our success possible.

This year's campaign theme is "Change Starts with your Heart", and for many of us at UB, the SEFA campaign is close to our hearts. Each year, hundreds of UB employees choose to give to the many programs supported by SEFA. Through our contributions, thousands of lives are changed and improved in our Western New York community and beyond.

While community needs for support grow every year, funding for services and programs has continued to decline. To that end, our primary goals for this year's campaign are 100% participation and increased giving by each donor. If you are a veteran giver, please consider increasing your gift by as little as one dollar per pay period, or becoming a member of the Honors Circle of Caring by giving one percent or more of your salary. If you are new to UB, or have never participated in the SEFA campaign, please consider being a part of this great UB tradition

Year after year many generous UB employees have responded to the challenge and made UB's SEFA campaign a tremendous success. Please join me in supporting SEFA; with your help, the 2004 campaign can be the most successful yet!
