UB GOLD Leadership Giving
Another exciting new concept in this year's campaign is the introduction of the UB Gold level of giving. UB Gold is defined as any gift that equals 1% or more of an employee's gross annual salary. This new addition to the campaign's leadership giving levels allows any employee to be a campaign leader, simply by giving at the 1% level. Not all employees can afford a Pacesetter ($500-$990) or Leader ($1000+) gift, but all employees can join in leading UB SEFA by giving a UB Gold gift of 1% or greater. If you are already giving at a Pacesetter or Leadership gift level, consider stepping up to UB Gold this year.
