• State of Washingon v. Glucksberg Originally written for the Family Research Council, but not filed as they decided to submit only a brief only for Quill v. Vacco. Argues that the Constitution requires the Court adopt a "jurisprudence of life," that such a right to assistance in killing one's self cannot logically exist, and that suicide gravely harms family survivors and society in general.
• Quill v. Vacco Written for the Family Research Council, concerned Germany's child euthanasia, T-4, and 14f13 euthanasia programs. The final brief they filed differed somewhat as it was further edited by other attorneys.
