Ethics Committee Core Curriculum
Joint SVVH-SBC Task Force
In 1996, two professional organizations whose members are active in
bioethics consultation formed a joint task force to study the need for
standards in this field. The and the
Society for Bioethics Consultation appointed members to a Task Force on
Standards for Bioethics Consultation. Both organizations (along with the
American Association of Bioethics) have subsequently merged to form the American Society for Bioethics and
Humanities. The original minutes
