1. Responsible Conduct
   BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Faculty Senate recommends to the President that the document "Policy on Responsible Conduct in Intellectual and Creative Activity" dated May 10, 1994 be adopted as University Policy.

2. Investigator Disclosure
   BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Faculty Senate recommends to the President that the document entitled "Investigator Disclosure Policy" be accepted as policy for the University with the amendment that the "appropriately designated non-cognizant dean" be substituted for "cognizant dean" to maintain confidentiality.
