Orientation takes place in the summer before the Fall semester of the upcoming academic year. It is an important and exciting component of the UB experience. You'll be able to meet and get to know some of the faculty, staff, and student orientation aides who will support you and guide you as you begin your educational journey.

You will receive your summer orientation dates in the mail after having completed and submitted your Orientation Bio.

If you have been accepted into the Educational Opportunity Program, the Resident Advisors will implement your orientation days into the EOP Pre-Freshmen Summer Program schedule. (See EOP Summer Program link for more information.)
