The English Language Institute also offers customized programs designed to fit the specialized needs of companies,
organizations, and professional groups in Western New York . These programs can be delivered on-site or at UB, to groups, to fit the needs of the clients. The ELI has offered customized programs to area companies and
institutions, including Delphi and Millard Fillmore Hospital.
At the request of UB departments, sponsoring agencies, and foreign institutions, the ELI has developed special programs
for groups of university students and visiting scholars in specific academic or professional fields, such as education,
management, engineering, and the health sciences.
