   The Internet is usually a quiet 
place, but it has had its share of
troubles lately.

   UWA is now embroiled in another
dispute this week over what has been
described as UWA offical trying to 
inhibit free discussion over the Inter-
net through legal threats from their
legal firm, Freehill Hollingdale and
Page.

   Notices, threatening legal action 
over any Internet home page contain-
ing information about the denial of 
tenure to Dr David Rindos, claim that
to mention the site, which is con-
sidered defamatory is in effect, repub-
lishing the defamatory material.
