The judgment was against you, Gil. You lost in the courts. Do
you really take pride in hiding your assets? As that a little
victory for you, breaking the law of the land? Do you think the
law on slander is wrong, or do you just think you've been had
in particular?

Now, if you had followed what was going on in your local press,
you'd know that the issue involves an attempted coverup of
sexual indiscretion on the part of a certain female that Rindos
blew the whistle on. The issue has come up in the state Parliament,
and yours is only the first of a number of court cases that will
probably go to Rindos. Had you paid attention to the judge who
gave a settlement against you to Rindos, you would have known
this. Or perhaps you just believe the judge was either an ass,
or else part of Rindos' conspiracy against you?

There were academics in Australia who wrote as well. There are
just fewer of us available to judge work of the stature of
Rindos' work.

You should know that he does not want to find work in the US, since
his mate lives in Australia, and US law would not permit him to
accompany Rindos to the US. Rindos is caught here by his love
and prejudicial laws that exist in most countries.

: Or was it maybe that his work is just a load of unmitigated, bourgeois
: codswallop right from go to woe? The natural consequence being that
: you don't want him there either.

: Is that IN FACT the case?

What intellectual dishonesty you exhibit in the above, Gil.
Are you completely beyond shame?
