- The following physical students requested funding to go to a conference in April:
Renee Cadzow, Gemmae Fix, Jennifer Randall, Carina Iezzi, Chris Connolly, Monique Fortunato, Pam Williams.
Their request was declined.
- $20 will be encumbered to Gemmae Fix in order to provide refreshments for the talk by Luis Zayas, date and time TBA.
- $20 will be encumbered for refreshments at brown bags and guest speakers. This will be encumbered to the person in charge of that specific talk.
- Heather Fried and Don Smith will be approached to give Brown Bag talks.
- Friday March 21st, we will have a Spring Reception in the Totem Pole Room for faculty and grad students. Lori Eldridge will notify the faculty. $100 will be encumbered to Roli Bansal for wine, $50 to Jennifer Randall for beer, and $75 to Chris Connolly for some food. Everyone is requested to make and bring a side dish for dinner. Questions about food can be directed to Chris Connolly.
- $20 will be encumber to Mike Roets for refreshments for a talk on March 7th at 5pm.
- any questions about the new funding formula should be directed to Lori Eldridge or Monique Fortunato.
- Mike Roets and Heather Fried have been nominated for the position of AGSA President, as Jennifer Randall has resigned. Voting will take place online--email Eva Hulse DIRECTLY at evahulse@buffalo.edu. If you would like a secret ballot, place your vote in Eva's mailbox by 5pm, Friday, March 7th. The candidate with the most votes will be President and the other candidate will be Vice President, in order to keep all offices filled.
