AGSA Minutes - August 30, 2002

AGSA officers were nominated at the meeting. The nomination process will continue online until Tuesday, September 3rd. Please submit any additional nominations to Jennifer Richardson before Wednesday morning. I apologize for the spelling errors. The nominations are currently as follows:

Again I apologize for any spelling errors. If you could email corrections I will be sure to get them on the actual ballot.

Eva Hulse will be preparing the actual ballot and will place them in your graduate mailboxes. A mailbox (AGSA's) will be in the office to collect the ballots.

A vote was taken and it was decided that the AGSA-L will be split into two different lists. AGSA-L will now be a moderated list restricted to AGSA business and departmental notification. Another list will be created for the purpose of discussion, social notifications, and general questions. The new list does require that participants use discretion when posting. More information will follow with specific parameters for the new list once it is created.
