Airfoto3.exe contains the installation program and all needed files as well as full documentation.
Air_registerhelp.exe contains instructions on how to register AirPhoto in HTML format along with all other details of interest. Read this first before downloading and running Airegister.exe
Airegister.exe contains only the registration program. It must be used to obtain a permanent access code or to re-activate the stand-alone version after a hardware change. It is not needed for a trial installation of the programme or for the network version.
Airhtml.exe contains the full help file in HTML format which can be read like a book.
Airphoto.pdf contains the AirPhoto handbook which can be easily printed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Airdata.exe contains test data.
Airfoto3D.exe contains the installation programme for three dimensional display of rectified data. It requires AirPhoto height data to make its digital terrain model.
AirDiagnostic.exe is a programme for testing installed versions of AirPhoto, and is especially useful for diagnosing network problems.
RadCor.exe contains an indpendent programme for the correction of lens distortion.
CastCor.exe contains an independent programme for color correction of faded , under- or overexposed images.
LuminCor.exe contains an independent programme for luminance correction of images.
PerCor.exe contains an independent programme for perspective transformation of images with or without a reference image or a map.
Slides0.exe contains an indpendent programme for slide shows of aerial photographs.
INSTALLATION:
All AirPhoto files are self-extracting and self installing. You do not need any other program to expand or install them. You may save them to a CD or a network drive for emergency re-installation. If you are installing under Windows NT4, 2000 or XP, you must have Administrator rights to install the programme. Although the programme may install and even run under Win9x/ME, support for these operating systems is no longer available.
Under Windows Vista, all the programs require special installation procedures:Windows Vista Special Instructions
Before you start, open the Task Manager (Ctrl, Alt, Del) and look at the processes which are currently running. If you see:Cthelper.exe - a Soundblaster Driver
running, terminate this process before starting, or the registration and installation programmes may fail.
If you are installing a trial version of the program, simply enter a blank when the registration code dialog box appears in the code field. If you are installing a permanent stand-alone version, select, then copy the registration code you have received via e-mail to the clipboard with Ctrl-C or use the appropriate menu entry in either your mail programme or Notepad and paste it into the registration code field either with a right mouse click or with Ctrl-V from the keyboard.
If you wish to try the network version, please write from an official institutional or business e-mail address in order to obtain a 30 day 10 user trial version network registration code. Only the registration code is different for the network version. The same file is used for both types of installation.

REGISTRATION:
PerCor, RadCor, CastCorrect and LuminCor do not require registration. They are offered under the GNU Public License and may be freely copied, distributed and installed anywhere without restrictions except those stated in the license which accompanies the programmes.
AirPhoto 3 is notoffered under the GNU Public License. Registration is required for permanent use. AirPhoto3D does not require registration. However it requires height data in AirPhoto 3 format.
Air_registerhelp.exe contains instructions on how to register AirPhoto along with all other details of interest. You must read this first before downloading and running Airegister.exe
AirPhoto 3 can only be installed for permanent use by using an access code created from encrypted data gathered by Airegister.exe and returned via e-mail.
For the stand-alone version, the access code is valid only for the machine on which Airegister.exe runs. A network registration code permits installation on an unlimited number of machines attached to a single network for a metered number of simultaneous users. Only the metering code is installed on the network server. This is the recommended installation mode for institutional users.
