Research interests include nuclear receptor biology and drug metabolism, with focus on the on the structural biology and molecular mechanism of actions of nuclear receptors and coregulators, molecular pharmacology of selective nuclear receptor modulators, and nuclear receptor-mediated xenobiotic response in drug metabolism.
