2. Mechanisms of drug-drug interactions in patients with HIV infection (collaboration with Gene Morse)
3. Development of novel analytical methods for antiretrovirals and interacting agents (collaboration with Robin DiFrancesco and Jill Hochreitter)
4. Incorporating pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and pharmacogenomics in studying the clinical effects of drugs and in monitoring drug therapy; applying Bayesian methods and population approaches to the analysis of antiretrovirals (collaboration with Alan Forrest)
