Dr. Morse, along with other SoPPS faculty, is developing the Translational Pharmacology Research Core (TPRC) program in the New York State Center of
Excellence in Bioinformatics and Life Sciences. The TPRC has four components including: 1) a Translational Pharmacology Core Facility for Bioanalysis
and Drug Development, 2) a Bioinformatics and Medication Management Research Network, 3) a Translational Pharmacogenomics program and 4) a
Translational Pharmacotherapy Research Center. The TPRC has been designated by the Patient Safety Center of the NYS Department of Health as the

SoPPS faculty research initiatives. The TPRC is actively participating in the UB 2020 planning process with other faculty and clinician scientists
located on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus to develop interdisciplinary programs within the UB 2020 Health and Wellness Across the Lifespan
Strategic Strength. |
