Matt's educational background consists of over one hundred and forty semester hours in a Biological Science degree program.  Matt has been given the honor of obtaining Dean's List recognition not only at Niagara County Community College and Daemen College, but also as a National Dean's List affiliate.  He has also completed numerous fire and EMS related courses through the New York State Office of Fire and Control, and the New York State Department of Health.  Matt has also completed several hazardous material courses through the Atlanta OSHA Training Center/Toxicology Research Center at the University of Buffalo and maintains his competency with at least 40 hours of continuing education hours each year.
