Information flow chart
Web/IT/ERP group is going to distribute
information flow form in Wednesday class(4/26). This is not for
evaluation for other groups, but for making information flow
chart of this project. |

page
Web/IT/ERP group is making your group's web
pages. The leader of each group need to send the basic information to the
Web group. Due date is next Tuesday(4/25). |

Weekly report form is updated. Dates and your
names are listed in the drop-down menus.

Rooms !
Web/IT/ERP group made 7 meeting rooms in 'meeting
rooms' page. Each room has a function of "chatting". You don't
need to get IDs or Password. Just type your name (without password) and
click the 'join' button. Since those rooms are made by JAVA from free chat
company, you may be bothered by some flickering ads. You can just forget it
or scroll to hide it. If you have any problem, email webmaster.

04/16/00 : Taking a
picture
Web design group is going to take pictures of
you and your group on Monday(4/17) and Wednesday(4/19) after class. All members of
your group are recommended to attend at least one of those two classes. Of course, it's free.
Just show your face... |

04/16/00 : Report your weekly work
The electronic form of weekly progress report is posted in "weekly
report" site. Important but simple descriptions of your every week's job is needed. Fill out
all of the blank and submit it by clicking "send" button. This will be brought to web master
via e-mail and posted very next day. |

"download" site
All formats of the project will be posted in the
"download" site. Please download all the formats there. If you
have any useful formats or data, send those to web design group. But product files
such as Pro-Engineer, Product shape, Engineering drawings are posted and can
be downloaded on the "product - assembly" website. |

your Group
Web design group plans to make your group's nice works. The
'basic' format will be distributed by an e-mail and will be collected by
this Friday (4/21). This format includes general information of your group
such as group's objects, each member's job and technology introduced. Also,
your group's project result will be posted later. Show your good job ! |
